Distance Sales Agreement

This page contains general distance sale terms and pre-contract information for ProgramYardım packages. Selected packages and the order summary determine purchase-specific details.

1. Provider and buyer

The buyer is the user who provides details when ordering. Member orders are linked to their accounts; guest orders to the supplied name and email. Guest checkout does not create a membership or subscription.

2. Subject and scope

This contract covers the service packages for the programs selected in the cart. Each includes AI, its service page and a two-page installation guide in the site language. Verified payment unlocks only the purchased programs; registration grants no service rights. A software license is not included.

3. Order-specific information

Before ordering, users are shown package names, the tax-inclusive total, digital delivery method, how AI chat works, PDF availability, provider details and payment and delivery conditions. No additional fee is charged without consent. Purchases are one-time transactions; no automatic subscription begins.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are created after reviewing the cart and terms. Creating an order alone does not charge a card. Payment is completed as a single charge in PayTR's hosted secure form, using the currency and amount shown in the order. Connections from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Germany use the Turkish site with packages priced at 10 TRY each; other countries use the English site with packages priced at 1 USD each. Card details are not sent to ProgramYardım. The server verifies PayTR's notification and transaction record against the order amount and currency, then unlocks the digital package. During technical delays, the order page shows the current status. Test transactions are not purchases. A success page or return link alone does not grant package access.

5. Performance and access

After payment verification, the service package is accessible through Training or the guest access code. Access includes AI, its service page and guide. Immediate performance is requested separately. Guides for new versions are not included unless expressly promised. If delivery fails, the customer is informed and statutory remedies apply.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The withdrawal period, exception conditions, contact channel and defective-service rights on the Delivery and Refunds page also apply to this sale. Accepting account terms does not replace early-performance consent. PDF delivery and ongoing AI learning are not assumed to have the same nature. Statutory rights remain reserved.

7. Technical responsibility

ProgramYardım provides independent guidance and learning support; it is not the software publisher or an authorized technical service. The publisher is responsible for its own code and licensing decisions. ProgramYardım's statutory responsibility for faults in its own service continues. Backups and checks before acting are important; AI answers may be incorrect. Details appear in the Account and Service Agreement.

8. Personal data and records

Order, account and service records are processed under the Privacy Policy. The accepted agreement version, acceptance time and order details are recorded. You can retain this document and the order summary by printing or saving them as a PDF.

9. Disputes

Requests and complaints may be sent through the provider's contact channels above. Consumers retain the right to apply to competent arbitration committees, courts and other authorities. Applicable procedure and jurisdiction rules apply.
