Account and Service Agreement

1. Parties and contact details

This agreement governs the relationship between the service provider identified below and a user who creates an account at programyardim.com or, when offered, purchases services as a guest.

The business is referred to as “ProgramYardım” and the person creating an account or purchasing a service as the “User”. A person acting for an organization must be authorized to represent it. Account holders must have legal capacity to enter into a contract; where necessary, a legal representative carries out the transaction.

2. Nature of the service

ProgramYardım provides independent help with installing and using third-party software. Each program requires a separate service package purchase. AI, the installation guide and the program service page unlock only after payment for that program is verified. Registration grants no service or content access.

The purchase covers the ProgramYardım service described in the package. It does not include ownership of software, a software license, a publisher's paid subscription or the publisher's technical support unless a separate offer explicitly states otherwise. The publisher may provide the software itself free of charge. ProgramYardım charges for the guidance, resource collection and learning service it prepares and provides.

Unless separately documented and disclosed, ProgramYardım is not a publisher, authorized service center, official reseller or representative of listed software. Software names and logos are used for description and identification. This statement does not remove ProgramYardım's obligations for its own services.

3. Package contents and access

Package contents are shown before ordering. Depending on the description, a package includes:

• The software's official download link and relevant publisher help resources.
• A two-page installation PDF in the site language for the selected program: installation steps, settings and explanations, a first-launch check and official resources. A usage PDF is not included unless separately listed as available.
• An official manual PDF where available and permitted for sharing; otherwise, the stated official resource link.
• Text and image AI support for the purchased program, its service page, installation guide and official resource links. Access to other programs is not included.

Each request for AI, guides, resources or a program page requires a valid purchase of that program. Registration alone grants no access. Purchases are linked to the member account or guest order access code. Buying one program grants no rights to other programs.

The purchased package remains in Training without a time limit. There is no subscription or automatic renewal charge. The included AI uses Cloudflare Workers AI and may experience temporary outages. Installation PDFs match the site language (Turkish or English); their scope and target platform are stated in the package description.

Permanent package access does not promise new guides for every future publisher release. Updates and other rights expressly promised in the order remain valid. AI is included only for the purchased program. Section 12 applies if the service ends.

4. Accounts and account security

Users provide accurate information belonging to them during registration and must not use another person's email, identity or account without authorization. Standard registration asks for a name, email and password. When Google sign-in is offered, that provider's authentication process is used. ProgramYardım does not request your Google password.

Users keep passwords and guest access codes private and report suspected unauthorized use through support. ProgramYardım must also take necessary security measures for its systems. Not every account action is automatically assumed to have been performed by the user; security incidents are assessed on their facts.

The absence of an email verification step does not permit registration with someone else's address. Necessary and proportionate additional verification may be requested during account recovery. Purchased rights are not transferred between accounts solely because email addresses appear similar.

5. The software publisher's responsibilities

Development, source code, features, license terms, updates, activation, version policies and correction of the software's own technical faults are controlled by its publisher. Requests on these matters should use the publisher's official channels. ProgramYardım provides assistance in finding and explaining those channels within the package scope.

ProgramYardım is not authorized to modify a publisher's software, give guarantees on the publisher's behalf or promise identical results on every device. Resolving a publisher-related problem is not guaranteed unless separately promised.

Whether damage arises solely from the publisher's software, ProgramYardım's guidance or another cause is assessed case by case. A problem involving third-party software does not automatically remove ProgramYardım's responsibility for its own incorrect guidance or unfulfilled services.

6. Installation and usage risks

Installing, removing or updating software and changing settings may cause incompatibility, driver or operating system issues, corrupted files, data loss, interrupted access, reduced performance, changed settings, account or license problems, or disruption of work. Linking to an official source does not mean software is error-free and risk-free under all conditions.

Before proceeding, users should back up important data, check the publisher's system requirements, read warnings and stop to ask for clarification when unsure. Business or critical systems should first use a suitable test environment and qualified technical staff where needed.

Actions that are difficult to reverse, such as formatting disks, deleting partitions, changing the registry or BIOS, disabling security protections or running administrator commands, should only be performed when their effects and recovery methods are understood. A general guide does not replace a detailed inspection of the user's device.

These precautions do not mean users waive statutory rights or automatically bear all losses. ProgramYardım takes reasonable care in its content and corrects identified significant errors and risks, or temporarily suspends affected content with an explanation.

7. Learning with AI

ProgramYardım answers questions about the selected program in the site's AI area. Pressing Send submits the question, any attached image and recent text messages to Cloudflare Workers AI. Photos and screenshots are optional. Answers appear on the same page.

A separate Google account is not needed to use AI. The model and infrastructure depend on the provider; accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Software licenses are not included in the package price. Questions and images are not stored in the application's database as chat history; the chat clears when you leave the page.

AI answers may contain incomplete, incorrect or version-inappropriate information. Understand suggested commands and settings and their effects before applying them; consult the publisher's current documentation for important actions. Do not share confidential information or passwords. Processing details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

The service does not include remote device control or promise a guaranteed solution to every problem. ProgramYardım's obligation to provide its service according to the contract and statutory rights relating to previously purchased packages remain in effect.

8. Official links and licenses

ProgramYardım links are intended to lead to official developer resources. Destinations and available versions may change. If you encounter a suspicious redirect or unexpected file, stop downloading or installing and report it. ProgramYardım investigates reported link issues and makes corrections within its control.

Software use is subject to the publisher's license. Users must obtain the required license and authorization. Buying a package does not grant the right to use paid software free of charge, bypass license checks or obtain pirated content. The publisher's license fee is not included unless separately stated in the package description.

9. Use of the service

Users must use the service lawfully and only on devices and accounts they are authorized to use. Attempts to access another person's account, unlock paid content without permission, distribute access codes in bulk, compromise security or abuse the service through automation are prohibited.

ProgramYardım guides are provided for the purchaser's own learning and use. Unauthorized bulk distribution, resale or public publication is prohibited. This restriction does not remove statutory usage rights or rights separately granted by third-party open source licenses.

Questions and content sent to ProgramYardım do not create a general transfer of rights beyond the use necessary to provide the service and maintain legally required records.

10. Prices, orders and delivery

Package scope, tax-inclusive price, payment method, delivery time and content are shown before ordering. The service price is 10 TRY per program in Turkish and $1 USD per program in English. Registration and test payments grant no access; verified payment unlocks only the purchased program services.

Order-specific pre-contract information and a distance agreement are provided before purchase. Checkout is completed with a final confirmation clearly indicating an obligation to pay. A retainable copy of the order and agreement is provided. Delivery or access problems can be reported through support.

11. Withdrawal, refunds and defective services

Consumers retain withdrawal rights and statutory remedies. The general withdrawal period for service contracts is 14 days from conclusion; applicable exceptions are explained separately according to the order. Immediately delivered digital content and ongoing learning or support are not automatically treated as identical to remove rights for an entire package.

Any required consent to early performance is obtained separately, identifying the service and consequences. Accepting account terms does not replace that consent. Withdrawal notices may be sent to the email in section 1. Refund and defective-service requests are assessed under applicable law; this agreement does not impose a blanket “no refunds for digital products” rule.

12. Interruptions and service continuity

Maintenance, security incidents, connection issues or provider problems may temporarily affect access. ProgramYardım gives notice of foreseeable interruptions and takes necessary corrective action within its control. A technical interruption is not automatically force majeure or a reason to exclude responsibility.

If a third-party resource is removed or an AI service changes, users are informed of the situation and its effect on purchased packages. Appropriate remedies and statutory rights are considered if promised services cannot be delivered. Permanent access cannot be interpreted as “all rights end if the site closes”. If permanent closure is planned, users are informed and given a way to obtain purchased documents that can lawfully be shared and exercise rights for undeliverable services.

13. Assessment of liability

ProgramYardım does not control a publisher's software code, users' devices or all third-party services. It does not accept responsibility for damage caused solely by those areas where it has no fault, contractual obligation or statutory liability. Responsibility is determined according to the cause of damage and applicable law.

There is no blanket exclusion for ProgramYardım's intentional acts or gross negligence, errors in its own guides and guidance, failure to provide promised services, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. There is no automatic assignment of every loss to the user or universal compensation limit of the package price. Use of AI alone does not remove ProgramYardım's responsibility.

14. Personal data and communication preferences

The separate Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, parties and retention periods for processing account, order, support, chat and security data, as well as transfers and request rights.

Acceptance of this agreement is not blanket explicit consent to advertising, all data processing or international transfers. Required explicit consent is obtained separately for specific purposes with an appropriate choice. Providing privacy information does not depend on consent. Necessary service notices are separate from optional marketing messages.

15. Suspension, termination and changes

Unlawful use or a concrete security risk may lead to access restrictions with reasons and proportionate to the incident. Except where urgent security action is necessary, users are informed and, where possible, given a chance to remedy a breach. Support requests and objections are allowed. An allegation or payment dispute alone does not justify irreversibly removing all purchased rights.

Users may request account closure. Its effect on purchased packages is explained before processing, taking account of legal record obligations and existing rights. A refund or finalized valid order cancellation affects only the relevant purchase entitlement.

Publishing new terms does not retroactively worsen the terms of previously purchased packages. Required notices and consent for changes are handled separately. Accepted earlier versions remain accessible and retainable.

16. Requests and acceptance

Questions, access problems and complaints may be sent through the contact channel in section 1. Contacting support does not prevent consumers from applying to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts or other authorities. Applicable procedural and jurisdiction rules apply; users are not required to use the courts of a single city.

Turkish law and other mandatory rules remain applicable. An invalid or unfair term does not become valid simply because an acceptance box was checked. The remainder of the agreement continues to the extent enforceable.

After accessing the terms and being able to retain a copy, users accept by voluntarily checking a box that is not preselected. The accepted version and acceptance time are recorded as necessary. Acceptance does not replace the separate information and consent described in sections 11 and 14.
